Opa-opa And Opal

Just last night, I'm told about this new anime, and I'm already making fanart. xD

Here is a picture of Opal from Aoi Sekai no Chuushin de, an anime based off of the console wars between Nintendo and Sega
When I first seen her, I thought "No way... NO. FUCKING. WAY." but sure enough, she's based off of Opa-Opa (which is the spaceship she's riding on) from Fantasy Zone.

Ever since Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing, I've liked Opa-Opa. (It's a shame I never knew about Fantasy Zone before)
and when I seen this anime, I liked Opal, so I thought I'd doodle a picture of the two. xD
